In July - Trade Union Month, Thanh Cong Hwashin enthusiastically applied activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union and the 78th anniversary of the establishment of the Ninh Binh Trade Union.
At the conference summarizing trade union activities in the first 6 months of 2024 and praising typical trade union officials on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, many comrades Dang Thi Phuong - President of Thanh Cong Hwashin Trade Union was praised as Chairman of the iconic grassroots trade union

In addition, many comrades Le Thi Thu Thanh were also praised as Trade Union officials who actively worked and contributed to the development of the Trade Union organization.

The Trade Union of Ninh Binh Industrial Zones launched a contest to compose essays and poems on the topic of workers and Trade Unions. TCHS Trade Union members responded enthusiastically and achieved many proud awards. Specifically:
